Terms and Conditions for Online Services and Offers of bloo.school

1. General
   This agreement regulates the use of the video and training material provided (hereinafter "training material"). By using the online training, you agree to these terms and conditions.
   
   
2. Purpose of the training material
   The video material provided is solely for your personal training and further education. Distribution, reproduction or commercial use is expressly prohibited.
   
   
3. Allocation and use of access
   Access is allocated individually per person. The number of authorized users depends on the service booked. For each booked service, only the agreed number of people may access the training material. The personal access data may not be passed on.
   
   
4. Duration of access authorization
   
   
   • Monthly fees:
     With monthly billing, access to the training material is available for the duration of the active booking. Access ends automatically when the booking expires.
   • One-off fees:
     If a one-off fee is paid, access to the training material is valid for 24 months from the booking date. After that, access authorization ends automatically.
     
     
5. Consequences of misuse
   A violation of this agreement, in particular the passing on of access data or training material, will result in immediate blocking of access without any right to reimbursement of payments already made.
   
   
6. Changes to the agreement
   We reserve the right to change this user agreement. The current version is available on our website at any time.
   
   
7. Severability clause
   Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
   By using the training material you expressly declare your consent to this agreement.
